Right from day one we’ve created a business with sustainability at its heart: a business to feel proud of. We’re acutely aware of our responsibility to the planet, so sustainability really matters here. We look at the bigger operational picture, making sure every product’s entire lifecycle is as safe, energy efficient and as environmentally harmless as we can make it.

We’re making certain fabrics using recycled yarns and developing a revolutionary new fire retardant that’s kind to the planet and to humans too, with OEKO-TEX and ZDHC compliance. Our manufacturing uses gas-powered mill machinery, and we invest in water-saving technology so waste becomes a thing of the past. We’re even making our logistics greener, by minimising journeys and filling our shipping containers so they never set sail half empty.

Our UK HQ is designed for energy efficiency.
Our UK HQ is designed for energy efficiency. We actively encourage staff to schedule meetings online and leave their cars at home, which a third of them now do. Recycling goes without saying, and that includes our old and excess fabrics, which typically go to charities or schools. With help from the team at Wildscapes, even our outdoor space is getting a marvellous green makeover to provide a ‘rewilded’ habitat for local wildlife.
